The Eligibility Criteria for Temporary Residence Transition Stream

You must be nominated by your employer whose nomination was approved in the 6 months before you applied.
You must have the needed skills and qualifications needed to perform the tasks of the nominated occupation.
You must have to obtain a positive skills assessment, unless exempt.
You must obtain the necessary license, registration, or professional membership if it is required by the state or territory where you plan to work.
You must be under 45 years of age when you apply.
You must hold a 457, TSS or a related bridging visa A, B or C.
Usually, you must have worked for your employer full-time for at least two years while holding a subclass 457 or TSS visa.
You must have at least Competent English.
You must meet health and character requirements.
