The employer must have a labour agreement.
You must currently work or will work, for your nominating employer who is party to a labour agreement.
You must have skills and English language requirements .
You must have to obtain a positive skills assessment, unless exempt.
You must obtain the necessary license, registration, or professional membership if it is required by the state or territory where you plan to work.
You must be under 45 years of age when you apply.
If you are in Australia, you must possess a substantive 457 or 482 visa granted under a labour agreement.
You must meet health and character requirements.
