- To lodge a subsequent entrant visa application, you must have a family member who is either a primary SESR visa holder or the main applicant for an SESR visa.
- You must be nominated by the primary SESR visa holder's work sponsor.
- You must meet minimum standards of English language proficiency.
- You must meet the health and character requirements.
What is the Duration of Your Stay?
- This is a provisional visa.
- You can stay in Australia for up to 5 years from when your visa is granted.
- Your visa will expire simultaneously with that of your family member who is the primary SESR visa holder.
