- You must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in your nominated occupation or a related field.
- You must be nominated.
- You have to obtain a relevant skills assessment if required for your occupation.
- You can only Work for your sponsor.
- You must meet the minimum English language proficiency standards unless exempt from this requirement.
- You must meet health and character requirements.
- You have to maintain adequate health insurance.

- You can include other family members in your visa application
- The eligibility for adding family members depends on whether you hold a subclass 457 or TSS visa.
